Updates etcetera

Finally finished getting Jasper's baptismal and confirmation certificates. Plus nakapagpakumpil na ako nung Saturday! Yey! 'twas hectic last week, what with getting my baptismal certificate from Santo Domingo Parish in QC, to receiving the sacrament of confirmation and getting Jasper's certificates, we were pooped. Hay,sometimes hirap talaga if you work in a call center kasi you work nights tapos pag off mo parang laging kulang =) At least one detail finished.

I was about to go to Quiapo with Jasper's Tita Lisa to buy crystals. I was planning to make our DIY ceremonial cord pero 'di kami natuloy. Tita had an emergency to go to sa Pangasinan. Plus, I was thinking if nice to have lang yung cord. Im thinking of borrowing nalang from a friend. Hmm..bahala na. Baka kasi I wont have time na to make one e.(or baka tinatamad lang ako hahaha!)

On other stuff, I recently moved out sa house namin about a month ago. Wala lang, for so long I wanted to do this, not because I hate it at home but its more of I wanted to learn how to be independent. (My mom always told me na I was the most independent minded of her children. Ever since I was small daw, I like doing things on my own, never wanting to be spoon fed. Simula sa paginom ng milk, at an early age daw, I wanted na to drink from a glass instead of sa bottle. :) ) Plus, the place where I'm staying now is nearer from where I work, so I get to save on jeepney fare and stuff. Now that I've moved out, and only go home during weekends or my rest days, I begin to appreciate my parents more. I begin to appreciate their sacrifices and realize that parents only do want what's best for their children. Not being close to my mom or my dad, I was bawling last weekend when I wrote them a letter telling them how much I love them and thanking them for all their sacrifices. I guess, its the realization na din that in a few months, I am really really going to move out of the house and stay with my husband. I mean yeah, we'd still visit but heck, it's never going to be the same. But I'm okay. I'm learning a lot of new things everyday, and realizing new stuff along the way.

A few more days and it's August na! Time flies so fast!!!!

5 Months to go, time to move, move, move!

Okay, now is the time to quit lazying around. Now is the time to really really move! Just last night I had this crazy wedding nightmare! It was our wedding day na daw and my sister was being called by my MUA cause she's the first one to be made up, but she was moving so slow so I had to yank her and push her down on the seat. Then my MUA's assistant was complaining that there were no entourage for her to put makeup on. She was blabbing of how we should've made them come earlier sa hotel etc. etc., tapos my mom was so nonchalant about the whole thing parang she was just sitting around like it were an ordinary day. (Which she is, funny how my mom and dad's not too excited about the wedding , siguro it's because I'm the first to get married =( ) Then a terrible thunderstorm daw was coming! Hay I was jolted awake by the dream and was reminded that I better get moving or else! hahaha!

Grabe, how time flies so fast. We were used to saying na "Matagal pa. 1 year away pa." Now 5 months na lang and still there are a lot of things to do! This Saturday, Jasper will accompany me to Sto. Domingo to get my annotated birth certificate. I should've done this nung June pa kaso hehe laziness got the better of me. Next week,we'll probably go to San Miguel Church to have my confirmation then to get Jasper's birth and confirmation certificates na rin. :) Tapos get na rin our annotated birth certificates. Pay downpayment for my MUA, follow up our package with our photographer..hay so many things to do! :) Come August 4, we have our canonical interview naman at 8:30 in the morning. We still haven't scheduled the pamamanhikan nga pala! Have to do this na! then Aug 15, gown measurements for everyone.

Whew! Good thing I was able to finish drafting our invites. Minor revisions nalang then print na! :)

Oh and our luminaries? made 40 na out of 150. 110 to go! :/
